IdeateHub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Google Account Information.When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile avatar from Google’s OAuth 2.0 service. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Payment Information.Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe shares with us only the transaction outcome and a tokenized payment reference. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Usage Data. We may collect anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, features used, error logs) to improve the Service. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account.
• Process payments and manage your subscription status.
• Generate personalized AI content on your behalf.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, account notices).
• Improve the reliability, security, and features of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your account data, idea history, and generated content are stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database platform. Data is stored in the United States and is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. Supabase’s security practices are documented at supabase.com/security.

5. AI Services

To generate ideas, blueprints, competitor analyses, and landing copy, we send your prompts and contextual inputs to third-party AI APIs, including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. These services may process your inputs on their infrastructure in accordance with their own privacy and data-use policies. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI APIs beyond what is necessary to complete a generation request.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and local storage solely to maintain your authentication session and user preferences (such as dark/light theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data to ad networks.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ideatehub.net. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
