1. Terms of Use

By accessing or using IdeateHub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IdeateHub.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ideatehub.net of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to another person.

3. Payment & Refunds

IdeateHub offers a one-time lifetime access plan at $49 USD. Additional AI generation credits can be purchased in top-up bundles starting at $9 USD. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language model APIs (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to generate business ideas, blueprints, competitor analyses, and landing copy. This content is provided for informational and ideation purposes only.

IdeateHub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for evaluating and independently verifying any information before acting on it. AI-generated content should not be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The IdeateHub platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by IdeateHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-generated content delivered to you through the Service is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You retain responsibility for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeateHub and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and this Termination clause) will survive.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
